Introduction & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kvx8 platform and all of its associated services. When you create an account on kvx8, browse the platform, or use any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to access the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on kvx8, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be of sound mind and open the account of your own free will.
- You may not open an account if you are subject to any court-issued restriction.
- Each individual may operate only one account.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, kvx8 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance at any time. kvx8 may request relevant documents at any time for identity verification.
2.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kvx8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Additional methods may be added in the future.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
No transactions below these limits will be processed. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes.
3.3 Transaction Conditions
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are prohibited.
- kvx8 may place withdrawals on hold while reviewing suspicious transactions.
- Where applicable, withdrawals will not be processed until all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 total must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion is announced separately and its own terms apply.
- Fraud, multiple accounts, or group betting in connection with bonus use is prohibited.
- kvx8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if evidence of a breach of terms is found.
- Where applicable, multiple bonuses may not be combined at the same time.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred to any other account.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
kvx8 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games on our platform are operated by impartial and verifiable algorithms. The use of any external method or software to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Behaviour
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on kvx8:
- Using any type of bot, auto-clicker, or script.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Collusive cooperation with other users.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
If such behaviour is detected, kvx8 reserves the right to close the account, confiscate all winnings, and take legal action if necessary.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason, kvx8 will make the final decision on the outcome of that round. Data stored in the system will be considered the authoritative record.
VIP Programme & Cashback
kvx8 has three VIP tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression depends on the player's regular activity. kvx8 reserves the right to change the terms and rates of VIP benefits, and members will be notified of any changes.
Personal Data & Privacy

kvx8 never sells your personal data to third parties. However, data may be shared with relevant authorities if required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.
Limitation of Liability
kvx8 is an entertainment platform. We never guarantee a profit. The possibility of losing money in betting and casino games always exists.
- kvx8 is not liable for losses caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.

Account Closure, Suspension & Break
9.1 Account Closure by User
You may contact our support team at any time to request permanent closure of your account. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
9.2 Account Suspension by kvx8
kvx8 may suspend or close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- Evidence of cheating or fraud.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.

Entire Agreement & Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between kvx8 and the user. If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
kvx8's failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative document.
